RULES & POLICIES

Our rental units are equipped to be self-sufficient. Prior to checking out, we
kindly ask that you return your rental unit to state in which you received it upon beginning your rental. We ask that you clean and empty your refrigerator,
wash and put away all dishes, and place any and all trash in the dumpster.
As a courtesy to our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house or
cottages, however, smoking is permitted outside, on the grounds.
Two parking spots are allocated for each unit. We can also accommodate for
your boat trailer or personal water craft. Moorings available at additional cost.
For safety reasons, we ask that there be no jumping or diving off the docks,
that parents please supervise their children at all times, and please no glass
on beach. Sorry – we realize that for some, your pets are part of the family,
regrettably however, we ask that you make other arrangements for them during
your stay here on Lake Winnipesaukee. Finally, as a mutual courtesy to
everyone staying with us, we ask that you clean up after yourself when finished
using shared areas such as the beach, the patio area and the screen houses,
and please remember that quiet time is 11:00 PM.
Please bring your own beach towels. Bed and Bath linens will be provided.
No daily housekeeping is available.
